Volunteer with MND Queensland
Volunteers are the heart of MND Queensland. By giving your time, you can make a real difference to people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) and their families. Whether you have a few hours to spare or are looking for a regular commitment, we’d love to hear from you!
Ways You Can Help
There are many ways to get involved, from providing companionship and support to those affected by MND, assisting in sharing life stories, getting involved in fundraising and events, or lending a hand at our head office. Volunteers play a crucial role in administration and office support, ensuring our services run smoothly. You can also help with equipment hire by delivering essential items to clients or assisting as a warehousing volunteer, making sure equipment is maintained and ready for use. Every role brings comfort, connection, and practical support to those who need it most.
Who Can Volunteer?
Our volunteers come from all walks of life and bring a range of skills, experiences, and passions. Whether you're looking to give back, meet new people, or gain experience in a meaningful role, there’s a place for you in our team. We offer flexible opportunities to suit your availability, and every contribution—big or small—makes a difference.
