Walk to Defeat MND

Our signature Walk to Defeat MND events take place each year across Queensland, bringing communities together in support of people living with Motor Neurone Disease.
In 2025, more than 1,800 people registered across our walks, raising nearly $300,000 to fund vital equipment, care and support services. As awareness and community involvement continue to grow, we expect participation and impact to increase again this year.
Sponsorship plays a key role in helping us deliver safe, inclusive and welcoming events — while offering organisations a meaningful way to support the MND community.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Walk to Defeat MND events rely on a mix of financial and in-kind support to ensure each walk is well resourced, accessible and enjoyable for participants.
We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities, from essential event items required at every walk, through to location-specific needs that reflect the unique nature of each community.
