Each year, my sister Kara and I will dedicate our time and efforts to fundraising for MND Qld. We, amoung others will continue to work towards ensuring that each and every individual cruelly diagnsosed with this insidious disease, have the best life possible, enjoying every moment with family & friends. MND, also known as "The Beast" took our Mum, a short 4 months after she was formally diagnosed. We are making a difference for Queenslanders living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) by participating in the Walk to Defeat MND 2025. MND takes a person’s ability to move, speak, swallow and eventually breathe. All donations, big and small, are important. So, let's work together to reach my goal. Your sponsorship is crucial in helping us raise awareness and vital funds. MND Queensland receives no ongoing government funding, and many of its services to the community are funded through the generosity of people like you. You are helping to continue the provision of MND-specific support services such as occupational therapy, speech pathology, equipment, advisory support and more!
