About the adventure:
Rising dramatically from the Central Australian desert, the Larapinta Trail traces the West MacDonnell Ranges, a stunning journey through this ancient landscape sculpted by time.
The climax of the trip is an ascent of the soaring Mount Sonder in complete darkness with just the glinting light of a headtorch. Reaching the summit will be an unforgettable achievement with a breathtaking panoramic sunrise from the 1,380m peak.
