Meet our Walk Champions!

Since 2013, Alan’s Amblers has walked in memory of Alan Ball — a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Together, they’ve raised awareness and vital funds while keeping Alan’s legacy alive through their continued support of the MND community.

This year, Helen and the family lead not only with purpose, but with deep personal connection — reminding us all of the strength and spirit families bring to this journey.

We invite you to read their heartfelt story — a tribute to Alan’s life, his resilience, and the power of walking together in hope.
